How do you price something you have not built yet?
We scope in phases. The first phase is small, tightly defined and fixed price — usually discovery and a working prototype. Once that exists, the remaining phases can be priced accurately rather than guessed.
How long does a software project take?
A focused internal tool is typically four to eight weeks. Larger platforms with multiple user types run three to six months, delivered in phases so parts go live before the whole is finished.
